•The box has room for simultaneous multiple elutions with inside dimensions of 6 x 8 x 22 (cm).

•Comes with a hinged lid and platinum electrodes on the two long sides.

•Insert your excised gel piece with a small amount of buffer and knot or clip each end. Place the dialysis tube containing your gel into the box, hold down the bag with the acrylic weight panel, then pour in 200 ml of buffer to completely submerge the dialysis tube. Apply power to electrophorese your sample from the gel into the buffer in the surrounding bag. Electrical connectors are included.
