Gasket Retooling Offer

In 1989 R. Shadel, Inc. replaced all Neoprene foam gaskets with silicone cord. Silicone cord is a far superior material that will give years of trouble free use, eliminating leaking and deterioration that sometimes occurred in the old neoprene foam gakets. Our new silicone cord gaskets use full strength binder clamps to secure glass to the upright unit.

If you currently have the old style neoprene gasket, R. Shadel can retool your unit. Retooling includes stripping off the old gasket, sanding down and cutting a groove into the gasket area and installing the new silicone cord. Additionally, if the banana plug connectors are showing signs of deterioration, they will also be replaced.

How to Order Standard Spacers

•When ordering spacers, specify the type of material, length, and thickness of each set.

If you have a vertical unit which needs repair and cannot cost effectively repaired we will buy it back from you for $25.00 towards the price of a new unit.
